By accessing or using the Olivette mobile application or website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including buyers, sellers, and partners.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed to keep it accurate.
When you place an order on Olivette, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or in-app notification.
All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets. All payments are processed securely.
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Olivette is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events outside our control.
We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
All content on the Platform — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Olivette or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olivette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access it.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Olivette in the six months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
